To transplant a scuppernong vine, first select a healthy vine and prepare the new planting site by loosening the soil and adding compost. Carefully dig up the vine, ensuring you preserve as much of the root system as possible. Replant the vine at the same depth it was growing, water it thoroughly, and provide support if necessary. Mulch around the base to retain moisture and monitor for any signs of stress as it establishes in its new location.
It's easy. Try to find a good clump that is rooted, where the "vine" part is in the ground I have done that and I have also transplanted it like you would transplant Ivy...dig up a rooted strand, replant it and cover it in soil and water it.

A scuppernong arbor refers to a structure, typically a trellis or framework, designed to support scuppernong vines, a type of muscadine grape native to the southern United States. The term "arbor" often implies a shaded area created by the growing vines, which can provide a pleasant outdoor space. Scuppernongs are known for their sweet flavor and are often used in winemaking, making the arbor not only functional but also a picturesque feature in gardens or vineyards.
I believe it is spelled "Scuppernong"... it is a grape which is very similar to a Muscadine variety. Native to the Southeastern US.
