Yes, after just going through an expensive process of eliminating these, after they showed up in a condo I recently purchased, the answer is yes. They were found along a wall that is an exterior wall, and were under the carpet from the baseboard to about 1 foot in. All the carpet was removed, bed thrown out, and the condo went through a 3 week bombing process. $3000 later, and it appears to be gone.
