A fugitive warrant remains active until it is executed, the individual is apprehended, or the warrant is formally canceled by the issuing authority. There is no set expiration date for the warrant itself, as it can remain in effect indefinitely until one of these conditions is met. However, law enforcement agencies may periodically review and prioritize outstanding warrants.
Arrest warrants are valid until served or recalled. A warrant can remain active indefinitely.

As long as a ticket goes unpaid in ANY state it will remain in the system indeffinately until it is satisfied/paid. And a warrant (No E in Warrant) is usually issued and that will remain open until you either face a judge or pay your ticket, why not just pay your ticket?
Until the named person voluntarily surrenders to authorities or is taken into custody. Warrants do not expire!
Contrary to popular belief/myth/legend, arrest warrants do not expire. They will always remain in NCIC (nationwide) or the state's computer system until you are apprehended and brought before a judge.

If you commit a felony as an adult (age 18 or older), it will stay on your record forever and cannot be expunged. If you commit a felony as a juvenile (age 18 or younger), it will not appear on your adult record. However, juvenile records are not sealed and are still accesible by the law. ADDED: They are not sealed to law enforcement HOWEVER, they ARE sealed to the general public.
