Spider plant are quite versatile, they do well drying out between waterings, a like a good soak from time to time. I recommend a little water once a week and a good mist twice a week. As for lighting; indirect is always a plus, medium to low light plant, but would do well in a west widow. Hanging the plant is recommended it will increase the amount of bloom. Clones well; cut a baby shoot off once is develops and place it lightly in some warm water (do it submerge), and a few more will develop in it's place.

A mint plant needs about 1 inch of water per week to thrive.
as much water as the plant needs. each plant is different. you will need to monitor the plant daily and see if the leaves are beginning to wilt or if something looks wrong. do not try to overwater the plant, though, because too much water is not good for the plant.
A pineapple plant needs about 1 to 1.5 inches of water per week to thrive.
That depends on what kind of plant it is. Some plants, such as cactus, do not need much water. Other kinds of plants need more. So you would have to ask about a specific plant in order to get a specific answer. It really depends on the plant. Some plants need more water than others, such as a cactus and a bean ,the bean needs more water than the cactus because the cactus stores water and beans don't.
