Is there a home remedy to get rid of spiders?

Use Vacuum Cleaners. Have your apartment sprayed for bugs regularly, it will not affect the Spiders (they do not clean themselves so the poison wont be ingested) but they will leave on their own when no other insects are there to eat.

The best way to get rid of spider mites is first to isolate the infested plate if you can't remove protect other plant with plastic. Next rinse off plant give it a good blast of water to wash off the spider mites. Last mix 1 gallon of water with two tbs. of dish soap in a spray bottle and then add a tbs. of rubbing alcohol. Spray down the plant soaking all sides of the plant. Do this three times a day for three days and it will rid your plant of spider mites.
