Narrow leaf weeds are better known as unwanted, invasive, rapid growing grasses. Foxtail, Bermuda, lovegrass, cupgrass, fescue, knotgrass, and witchgrass are all examples of grassy weeds. They all have the distinct ability to overtake gardens and choke out other plants by depriving them of nutrients, water, and light. Some select herbicides can be used that target only grassy, narrow leaf weeds while leaving broadleaf plants unharmed.
