the thing is if its just on your legs and back then it could be a bit but its strange how the spots do not appear on your arms.well i suggest that you keep an eye out as maybe infectected if there is over 10 then i recommend seeing a doctor however most likely they will not no what has caused the spots and may give you some cream if this is a bit it depends what has biten you if you have loads then i suggest to put cream on it like i said doctors probaly will not no what has caused the bit so will not beable to help just keep an eye out and check for more every 3-5days i hope this helps.
