actually i think they are not because roaches can survive nuclear bombs so i think microwaves will be no prblem
Do not turn on the microwave. Open the door and allow the cockroach and lizard to come out on their own. You can gently guide them out using a broom or similar tool if necessary. Remove them safely and release them outside.
