The Bee is a bumble bee Bombus lapidarius
Bombus lapidarius is probably the most easily recognised species with its black body and bright orange tail. The workers have the same colouring as the queen, but they are much smaller; some of the early workers are no bigger than house flies. The males (below) have similar colouring, but with more yellow hair. Although its body is as long as that of B. terrestris it is not as heavily built.

The stinger on his butt
The difference between the queen bee and a worker bee is if u look in between their eyes, it should have a black or yellow nose between their eyes. If it is yellow its and guard bee if it is yellow its a queen bee.
A wasp I think cause it has a butt like a bee aand it's striped
If your butt is yellow youu should get it checked out Because youu have serious problems
In simple terms the bee body consist of the head / thorax / abdomen. It has no butt. However the rectum is at the end of the abdomen - so I guess that could be called a bee's butt. The Giant Hornet (Vespa crabro), which also is called the European hornet, is large and red and yellow in color.Specifically, the hornet may measure from ¾ to 1-1/8 inches (2.5 to 2.9 centimeters) in length. Its antennae, eyes, legs, thorax and wings look red, with traces of brown. Its head and abdomen are yellow with thin brown bands.
It's probably a bumble-bee. They're the most common fuzzy bee, and their coloring has a wide range. In the Pacific Northwest they are very often round and black with only one yellow stripe.
