What is the difference between mutalism and parasitism?

In mutualism, both organisms win... like the bacteria in our guts, they break down food so we can absorb it, and we feed them. Win-win.

In parasitism, one organism wins at the expense of the other. Take tape-worms, like bacteria, they can live in our guts, we feed them, but they provide NOTHING of value to us and instead actually hurt us.

Parasitism is when a parasite finds a host and benefits while this host is harmed, commensalism is a relationship in which one species benefits and one is unharmed, mutualism is when al least one species benefits
