harmful animals do bad things to the earth and their environment but beneficial animals do good things for the earth and environment such as bees pollinating flowers that would be very beneficial. there are not many types of harmful animals but i do know one example. Beavers build dams that can stop river and stream flow taking away the homes and water sources of other organisms. beavers also chop down trees that destroys forests and the homes of tree animals. remember though that just because an animal is a predator and eats other animals or attacks humans as a form of self defense does not mean it is a harmful animal. they are more scared of you than you are of them.
