The blue morpho butterfly (Morpho peleides) undergoes a complete metamorphosis, starting as an egg laid on host plants. After hatching, the caterpillar, or larva, feeds on leaves and grows, eventually forming a pupa or chrysalis. Inside the chrysalis, it undergoes significant transformation, emerging as a vibrant adult butterfly characterized by its striking blue wings. The blue coloration is due to microscopic scales that reflect light, rather than pigment, and serves as a form of camouflage and a mating display.
The only specific morpho I'm farmiliar with is the Blue Morpho, (Morpho Menelaus), and it feeds on the Pea Plant.
There are 80 species, but Morpho menelaus will get you started. Please see the related link(s) below:

Blue Morpho Butterfly
The blue morpho butterfly belongs to the arthropoda group. There are 29 species of the morpho butterfly and 150 subspecies in which the blue morpho is just one. They are found in South America, Mexico and Central America.
Morphos are a sub-family of beautiful iridescent-blue butterflies that inhabit the tropical rainforests of South America. One of the most popular morphos, the Blue Morpho, (Morpho Menelaus,) is my favorite butterfly. They are an extremely beautiful shade of aqua blue.
The blue butterfly is commonly known as the "blue morpho butterfly" due to its vibrant blue wings and morpho species classification.
