These are tapeworms caused by fleas. Your cat will have to be de-wormed. They can give you a single pill or a three dose liquid. Your cat should also be treated with a Frontline or something similar. The worms are cause when the cat is itching it's skin and ingests the fleas. The cat should really treated by a Vet.
