Reptile mites can come from the reptile its self if it is new or bad substrate that already has mite
i would say they could have came from introducing branches, live plants, or substrate, especially found from outside or from other reptiles that live with your reptile or birds you fed to your reptile.

take your beardie out fast, and empty out the whole cage. spray the logs and stuff with a hose and put it in the oven to kill any germs or mites. get rid of the sand and replace it with new sand. clean the cage with hot water, no soap or chemicals, and then reset the cage. good as new. ur beardie will be happy.
if they are black and tiny they are probably mites they are usually on the crab too
