Probably not quite the answer you want, but: there is none.
Bee venom is acidic anyway and wasp venom is pretty nearly neutral, so adding an acid to them would only make matters worse. Another point to consider is the fact that in both cases the venom is injected into the tissues under the surface of the skin. Any chemical applied to the surface which was strong enough to reach the venom would probably do more harm than good.
