Yeh...actually the deal is that 'Wolverine Worldwide' is a footwear manufacturer that make boots for Caterpillar. They also have their own brand called 'Wolverine'. So Cat aren't really a department of Wolverine... They are just both manufactured by the same specialist company for different brands.
