Easiest way i have found is to: - remove the clips from the radiator support - Align the square head with the square hole in the grill - Rotate the body of the clip until the side wings "snap" into place, the head should also slide further into the grill and rotate at this point - Repeat for all clips - Push the grill into place.

It takes at least 15 min to fully cook chicken wings on a George Foreman type grill. I find it helps to weight the grill with something heavy ( I use a glass cake plate& cover) so the grill makes better contact with the wings for good browning.
