Grasshoppers as well as other insects have a tracheal system instead of a respiratory system to move gases. A respiratory system requires energy to move the gases where as the tracheal system uses a process of simple diffusion which does not use any energy.
grasshoppers have small holes in their body called spiracles. These holes allow the grasshoppers to breathe. Grasshoppers do not have lungs.

No they dont eat clothes
no they dont
i really dont know :0
Grasshoppers don't eat other insect because they are herbivore (eat plants) not carnivore (eat meat).
No i dont think so they mainly eat plants
A grasshopper needs to breathe air-just as a person does. But grasshoppers don't have lungs. Instead, they have tiny holes, called spiracles, in their thoraxes and abdomens. A grasshopper has 10 pairs of spiracles. Air goes into the insect's body through the front holes. Air leaves the body through the back holes. Next time you see a grasshopper, look at it closely. You will see its abdomen move in and out as it breathes.
to move when the lungs expand so the lungs dont get crushed
The lungs remove nothing from the heart.
From what I have read a centipede breaths threw its mouth like a human and grasshoppers breath threw their abdomen tacking in air threw what looks like the front of a jet engine. grasshoppers how ever do not have lungs.
earthworms are living things so the grasshoppers will have lack of food and it will die
