Truthfully, it doesn't depend on the moth, it depends if the ladybug will open it's wing. When a ladybug has a dented wing, they have to open it to let the dent out. If the ladybug chooses to live it will open it's wings, but within about 2 months, if the ladybug doesn't open it's wings, it starts to infect it's heart since the dent is pushing on the ladybugs soft body. If you can find a way to open it's wings without harming it, do it, but be super careful. I use small things to get up under the wings, like a needle, with the sharp end cut off so you don't jab it in the tummy.
Good Luck,

It will likely be unable to fly, and will probably die.
When you compare ladybugs and butterflies, one of the biggest contrasts that you see is size as ladybugs are much smaller. Ladybugs have hard wing covers and butterflies have a greater variety of colors.
The wing will never heal, unlike when you set a broken bone. If you find a butterfly with a piece of wing hanging loose, you can pull off that piece of wing and let the butterfly go. Otherwise, it's best to leave it be and let nature take it's course.
How long does it take to heal a butterfly wing
Healing a broken ladybug wing involves providing a stable and clean environment for the insect to rest and recover. It is important to ensure the ladybug has access to food and water to support its healing process. Additionally, gentle handling and avoiding further stress or injury to the wing are crucial for successful recovery. In some cases, a damaged wing may not fully heal, but providing the best possible care can increase the ladybug's chances of survival.
it depends on how bad of a break it is, and if the wing needs to be "set" if the break is too bad, it may never heal properly, even if seen by a vet.
Yes but not for long as it would be in a lot of pain.
You can take a bird with a broken wing to a wildlife rehabilitation center or a veterinarian who specializes in treating birds. They will provide the proper care and treatment needed for the bird to heal and recover.
Brown bugs with black spots are typically small in size and have a rounded shape. They may have wings or be wingless. These bugs are commonly identified as ladybugs or ladybird beetles. They can be distinguished by their brown or reddish coloration with black spots on their wing covers. Ladybugs are beneficial insects that feed on aphids and other garden pests.
Because insect wings are delicate. Most of the beetles (to which ladybirds belong) have a hard protective cover over their wings, to protect them from damage as the insect moves. This Keratin covering is tough and weatherproof.
