It has to be really concentrated since they are hardy and they can smell it coming so before it gets to that point, many will go into walls away from most of it and those in places like inside your furniture or boxsprings (extremely common) will be completely sheltered. There is also no residual killing effect. Professional companies almost never use any kind of fog on a bb treatment for those reasons.
