You really need to look within yourself to answer this question. On the outside we all say we are working as hard or harder than others but, on the inside we all know the truth. Are you really working as fast as you accurately can? Do you try ti find ways to stretch your breaks a little longer. Are you making a mess in your work area and leaving it for someone else to deal with. Are you grumpy with your fellow workers. Do you really just hate your job? If you answered any of the questions yes then your supervisors are probably not happy with your performance. A good employee is concentrating on getting the work done, not finding ways to get out of work. A good employee tries to be a good team mate instead of finding ways to belittle others. Inside you know. Now you just have to decide what you are going to do about it.
