excellent consumer service revolves around the concept of "caveat emptor" meaning "let the buyer beware".this concept emphasizes on customer satisfaction by way of ensuring adequate product quality keeping in mind the pricing of the product.

since a customer wants maximum satisfaction from the purchase he makes,it is on the part of the manufacturing units to ensure optimum satifaction.it not only includes sales, but also post sales activities like free delivery,free maintainance etc. Warantees and guarantees are an example of such post sales services.

whatever product a firm produces should be based upon the needs of the consumers,their demands.

we also have examples of tailor made products based upon the needs of a specific consumer.

excellent customer service to my understanding is a service that is unique and cheerful. It is when the customers needs, wants and requirements are all met and handled respectfully, politely and quickly wich allows the customer to leave the store satisfied and with a smile giving them more reason to come back to the store.

when a i am used work in a primer store an angry customer , who had bought wrong items from shop ,I apologised and reassured the customer that their problem will be dealt with and kept calm and professional despite the customers behavior. Then i replaced product and i kindly explain the customer what mistake he did on that product after that he can understand himself and he said sorry to me
