If you go on Google.COM. and type in "Publix applications" you can look on that page and it tells you the jobs you can take when your 14. So the answer is yes you can work there at 14.

You may also go to your local Publix and complete an application at their employment kiosk located in the store. Ask for assistance at the Service Desk.

Yes Publix is hiring 15 year olds. The job that you would be hired to do is bagging and taking the carts outside. Just know its not going to be easy getting a job in today's economy. That's the problem I'm going through right now
