Yes i can i actually there was a time when someone criticized my work and i didnt like them doing that at first but i handle by saying ok i will try my best to do it this way insead of mine way.

Plenty of times. Take for example - my idea about saving electricity with simple but innovative thoughts.

I am eating carbon footprints for reducing emission of carbon dioxide through saving of electricity that is being misused during day time. I have succeeded in implementing it in my home and thousands of people have adopted this simple but good idea for lighting up their homes by harvesting sunlight.

The World Bank thought it is a good idea for implementation by ordinary people for preservation and protection of natural resources at grassroots level. WB called me to Delhi, I demonstrated, they appreciated and honored me with a certificate and a knowledge grant.

But many people have simply looked at it as if it is not an idea at all and they have adopted it in their childhood. Agreed, then why did they not adopt the same when they had grown up?

I am least bothered and floated the idea on the internet and have been rewarded with best answer acknowledgements. I have received emails from different corners of the world asking me to give them advise. I am happy with such queries and I take every criticism as an appreciation because after criticising, they have adopted themselves.

The best criticism has always come from fellow workers and not from bosses. It has always been good to get close enough to someone who will be specific. A child tends to copy a parent's behavior. That is not always good. The critics say, "Use better table manners." That does not help. A friend will say, "Do not eat with your mouth open. A critic will say, "Don't be so sloppy." A friend will say, "When you drop a piece of trash of trash like that, pick it up." It is time to leave behind parental behavior patterns. As far as the job is concerned, Neatness at all times counts, and a positive attitude at all times counts. It is hard. It is necessary.
