Like most retail goods produced by industrial methods, toothbrushes are made and packaged at a factory. They are then loaded up in shipping boxes that are stacked onto a pallet, which is then loaded into either a semi trailer or a box container for shipping via road, train or boat. Once the trailer or container reaches the nearest distribution center, it is unloaded and the pallets placed into storage until they are ordered by customers. At that time, the pallet (or a partial pallet consisting of as little as one box of toothbrushes) is loaded back onto a semi trailer and delivered to the store.

(3/20) * (2/19) = 6/380 = 0.01579 [General Rule of Multiplication]. B) What is the probability that the first two electric toothbrushes sold will not be defective? (17/20) * (16/19) = 272/380 = 0.7158 [General Rule of Multiplication].
In the US they are manufactured in Iowa City IA, they also have plants in China and Mexico but all toothbrushes sold in the US are made in Iowa City. This is seemingly untrue as I have found Oral B toothbrushes for sale in US stores that state right on the packaging "made in China."
Many, many countries make toothbrushes.
Refrigerated trailers and containers, and possibly refrigerated rail cars, as well. The product will be shipped from the factory to distribution centers of stores which carry their product, and it'll be shipped from the distribution center to the individual stores on a refrigerated trailer, along with other perishables going to the stores on that driver's route.
There are many stores in Louisiana that sell a CBR 600. Many Honda stores will have at least one for sale, or they are able to order one and have it shipped in.
