Do some stuff in the house help cook and show your mom and dad you can be helpful if it's in the summer time go out side and pick up stuff or if it's cold out side help your mom cook help do stuff in the house and if you have a baby sister or a baby brother you can clean up the baby's bed or room and fix a bottle for the baby and keep doing that and they will give u about 10$ a week when I was nine I wanted a baby alive but the one I wanted was 49.99 so I ask my mom and dad if I can have one they said i'll have to save up my money I said ok so I got 10$ a week for doing little stuff so I made the money in 5 weeks not too long I hope this is helpful :)

Go around your house and get old things you don't want like vid games and stuff then make a eBay account and ask a parent to make you a checking account in there name for you then make a paypal account with that and set it up then sell them and you will make $ easy. Im 13 and have been doing it since i was 11 and in 07 i made $758.

Make an arrangement with your parents/caregivers. There are probably many things you can do around the house over and above your regular share of the work.
