The best place to start for Comcast employment is Comcast.com. They also participate in lots of job fairs so if there is one in your area, go talk to them. Applications are on-line so at Comcast.com look for the "employment" or "careers" link which will take you to job opening search and application functions including the ability to submit your resume. Look for job openings in your part of the country for which you qualify. Each job has an extensive description of the job, prerequisites, salary, etc., and a link to apply.

In my case, a nice HR lady called and we set up an initial telephone interview. If that goes satisfactorely, an invitation for you to take some tests (depending on the job the tests may include a personality profile, problem solving assessment, basic math and English skills) and an interview with a supervisor from the department to which you are applying. A successful interview will result in a job offer contingent upon a clean drug test and confirmation of education, references, etc.
