If you mean a curriculum vitae then it's simple.

Include :

Previous Occupations (if any)

Skills e.g. Skills in journalism, quick learning, very sociable, or even washing dishes at home. It all depends on which job you are applying for.

Scholarships

NCEA levels (Level 1, 2, 3+) In New Zealand your levels are NCEA. IF anywhere else then I can't help you there.

Name and adress (obviously)

Which school/s you were educated at

You will need character references and what not. eg. from your teacher/s princaple (Nobody of relation to you).
