Taking pre-employment "personality inventory" type questionnaires do not lend well to advice. On the one hand, you want to be honest, but on the other hand, you should not want to raise any eyebrows with your answers. My best advice would be to always think about how another person would view / think about your answers--- unless you feel so strongly about an answer that you don't care what anyone thinks! And, some of these "question" items have no true right or wrong answers and whatever you answer cannot hurt you. However, every answer forms a picture of you, both personally and as a potential employee.

It doesn't take me long to know whether a job is worth keeping. --- Answering yes to this might make an employer reluctant to give YOU a chance, because you won't give the COMPANY a chance. Might be best to pick a NO, unless you feel strongly otherwise.

I have difficulty understanding abstract ideas. --- It is not horrible to say yes to this; you might not even understand what is meant by "abstract ideas". If you understand the concept, you could pick a middle of the road reply, because nearly everyone has trouble sometimes with abstract ideas. Being "concrete" is not a personal flaw, but may mean you need a different type of instruction. For example: Concrete-- Put these cereal boxes on the third shelf from the bottom. Abstract--- Make the display of these cereal boxes on the third shelf from the bottom look 'consumer friendly' and appealing.
