If you accept the offer, then sit with him and just be yourself. If you decline the offer, just tell him no hard feelings and forget that he asked you.
Some common questions asked during a job interview include: "Can you tell me about yourself?", "What are your strengths and weaknesses?", "Why do you want to work for this company?", "Can you provide an example of a time when you faced a challenge at work and how you overcame it?", and "Where do you see yourself in five years?"
Put simply - 'sell' yourself ! Answer any questions thoroughly - don't just answer yes or no. When asked to, tell them something about yourself. Under no circumstances answer the question 'why do you want the job' with 'because I need the money'
tell me something about yourself, what are you strengths/skills/weaknesses? Where would you like to be in 3 years? 5 years?
