The question, if you could design your own career what would it look like, is a bit silly. As Tears For Fears has pointed out, everybody wants to rule the world. No one has an unlimited opportunity to design their own career, but you may be able to make a more realistic plan about what you would like to do in your career. And that depends upon what field you are in. Just try to imagine being very successful at what you do, and describe that.
I would think not. You will have some challenges, but you will have a unique perspective on spatial dimensions, textures and movement within space. With some expert guidance you could find a very interesting and fulfilling career in design.

Anytime, if you want to have it as a career, i would suggest you take it as a hobby as a kid, then take highschool classes involving that.

After attending a web design school, the best career option would be to find a job in web design. Web design often entails other creative aspects, so graphic design is another option.
