Let me get this straight. I have to assume you are an American who wants to give up your American citizenship for a South Korean citizenship and become a police detective . You will need to be able read and speak Korean, go to school in Korea, go to the police training there, and live in Korea. I don't know what movie you saw that gave you this idea, but I suggest you become a police detective here instead and at some point visit Korea.
