AND THEY TRANSFERRED ME BACK TO SOMEONE ELSE IN CANADA, UGH??,, So I finally called the dalton, office back today, or at least I thought it was, and a lady answered / she said she was working from a remote area.. IN VIRGINIA !! Seriously, kid you not !! OMG ! So with yesterdays "holds on the phone and todays holds, I was waiting for 2 hours on HOLD!! just trying to pay my bill !! So, I'm very frustrated, at this time. !!
