How do you describe a good customer service?

That is a question that would take a lot to explain. I would highly recommend the book Raving Fan by Ken Blanchard. This is one of my all time favorite books on customer service. Great Customer Service is making sure the customer is satisified with the result. Its acknowledging the customer, listening and understanding there needs, providing possible solutions to meet there needs in A timely manner, communicating clearly and making sure they understand everything, answering all there questions , while educating them on services that might be benificial to them.

Good customer servise is the best way we treat them even if they slap you, be courteous to them. One day when he passes some other showroom and in there he sees a sales man arguing with the customer that's the time he will understand he has made a big mistake.
