How do you explain strengths?

Most qualities are both weaknesses and strengths. It's a matter of degree and also of right application in the right context.

For example, objectivity is often considered a strength: seeing things fairly and impartially. But the same quality can make you seem cold and unsympathetic when personal feelings are involved.

Attention to detail is another good quality. But it can keep you from understanding how things relate to one another if all you can see is the little nits and never the big picture. At the same time, the ability to take a high-level view is an excellent trait, but not when you can only see a goal and not figure out how to accomplish it.

The main thing is to match the right traits to the right position. You want your leader to have vision. You want your accountant to notice small differences. You want your physical trainer to see and correct your errors. You want your hair stylist to be on your side.

You can say well my strenths are working on computers or working with kids and people working with clothing things like that but its all up to you on what you like!

well you have to figure out what you aren't good at physically and mentally then address your problems.
