For one, you have to be 18. Try hiring to a store that's close to you. They do usually prefer people with retail experience. Fill out the application honestly. They do want people that know a little bit about fashion, or that's at least my experience from working there.

If you get an interview, dress fashionably like how you see the workers dressed there. But don't over do it. And, you must have a personality..they only hire people that they think are outgoing and friendly.
