How do you get a job at the Buckle?

I work at the Buckle, and what they love is very outgoing people and involved. such as in sports or in the community. As of pay its base pay + commission so your pay is based off your sales. you can make well over $10 an hour if your really good at conducting your sales

Go into the store and apply. I have some key suggestions for getting hired that I myself used.

- You HAVE to be in good shape

- Keep your look minial and natural (no fake nails or big jewlery)

- Use mute make up

- Wear their clothing for the interview. DO NOT dress up fancy (that is not the look they go for)

- Do research on the store and their clothes and have a good reason as to why you want to work there
