Obtaining a pilot's license entails several hours in an aircraft with a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). To get a pilot license from any Airlines, you are require to have at least Commercial Pilot License + ATPL with few thousands flying hours, few more thousands hours of respective aircraft eg. 1000 hours with A330/A340.
