Research, research, research. Also, throw in some fitness as you need to pass the fitness test. Quite importantly as well, if you are entering for pilot branch, get your eyes checked before you sign up so as not to waste yours and the medics time. To prepare for the interview you need to learn about current news stories both foreign and at home. Also learn facts about the way the RAF is run. Also, learn about the route your career would take if you were successful; stations, airplanes etc. I hope this is helpful, best of luck.
