Don't wear tight-fitting pants around your midsection. Skirts are better than pants, if you have that option. Wear shirts or blouses that fall towards the base of your pelvic bone or mid-thigh that are slightly loose or free flowing in the middle. Wear a diaper that is snug against your body or put some tight underwear on over it to kind of pack it down. A pair of lycra shorts will help compress the shape as well as muffle the crinkle. Don't wear clothing that brings attention to your middle section, such as a sparkling belt. Instead, wear clothing that bring attention to other parts of your body. Don't let others see you gesture towards that area of your body or pull at it. Don't mention or hint around about it to others and they won't try to see if they can see it.
