With the help of job posting, we can get multiple CV’s in a very small period of time & then we can shortlist candidates which we receive from that job posting. But many times what happens is that there are many irrelevant CV’s and at times it could be a waste of time. There is a tool known as ‘Hirexpert’ from ‘TalentXpert’ which is used for recruitment.
