It's rediculous. The amount of money & accommodations for the pilot and his/her family is outrageuous. The native people who make up this region of the world suffer from the greatest degree of low self esteem and inferority complexes. Instead of educating the youth in the country and countless neighboring countries in the field of aeronautics it is much more self esteem boosting to say they import the trained talent of other nations.
