I got a quote of 400.00. That's in Fla. I didnt go. to expensive! My friend recommend a bartending book Bartendingexposed.com I only payed 37.00 for the book. I studied it and learned my drinks from the book in my free time. I applied for jobs when I felt confident after studying the bartending book. Now I am working at a neighborhood bar and I love it.I would recmond this bartending book to anyone who wants to be a bartender. I went over to a bartending school in Ft Myers Fl and I talked to a teacher. She said that they offer different classes for different prices and classes last 4 to 6 weeks. The cost was 400.00 for basic bartending. Someone reccommend that I order a bartending book on line so I did. I t was only 37.00. I would recommend this bartending book also. I have a job now as a bartender. I had to study the book and learn my drink recipes. But after studying I went and found a job. You can go to a school, but I thought Id save you the time and money if I told you that you do not have to go to a school .
