depending on how good you want the field to be will determine the cost.

When soccer first started it was on a village green in the UK. Posts were erected at each end to make goals and sawdust used to make out the main playing lines.

If you have a flatish field a white non corrosive lime or eco paint can be used to mark-out then some 2x3 inch timers used to make posts.

for something more professional you will have to invest somewhere like a 100,000 USD to build a bespoke pitch.
