I would be concerned with a 10-year-old being left in charge of younger kids. They have limited ability to control others and don't have the experience to cover emergencies.
You should not have a 10 year old baby sitting, as they are still not responsible enough to look after children that are younger than them, especially babies. You have to be 14 years of age to babysit! :)
Well it kind of depends on the babysitters age and how many kids there are that you are bbabysitting. An average amount for one kid is usually $3.00 and then if there are more kids then you would add $1.50 for each kid. I hope that helped some people might think differently.

eleven year old children should not be hired to babysit other children. eleven year old children need babysitters. this information is the truth, without exception. there are NO eleven year old children who can be trusted to mind, even for minutes, another child. (that means you can't pay them at all)

eleven yr. olds can be trusted but they should only get to babysit close family or really good friends. 11 year olds can not babysit strangers because who knows what they'll make you cook, eat or do. that proves that 11 yr. olds can be trusted.
A ten year olds allowense should vary from 10-50 dollars depending on what you make or you could make them get a youth job so you will not have to pay them but fiding a youth job is very very hard
First give them a free night. Then when they aprove you, charge at least $10.

Erm... not being rude but i don't think your really allowed to be left alone at home at your age, forget babysitting anyone else...
a teenager should make about 140 maybe a little more depending on hoew long they work for.
an 11-year-old shouldn't be babysitting anyway! you're supposed to be at least 13 years old to have any kind of jobs.
