well beens a highschool has to contain students all day and let them rummage through it, a highschool should get atleast 8 hours of sleep. even though, in a recent survey scientist have discovered that most highschools get only 4-6 hours of sleep.

Normally 8-9 hours, it could be less but you feel better the next day. for example you go to bed at 10pm and then wake up at 7 the next morning, that would be a decent nights sleep
