A good age would be age 12 or 13 years old, but also, you should make sure that you (or anyone else) are mature enough, and can handle caring for a child for a set amount of time, and it would be good to take a babysitting class.
11 or 12
Hi there! I think somewhere between 11-13 is a good age to start babysitting. If you want to start before then maybe try being a mother's helper- which basically is babysitting the kids with the parent(s) at home. Hope this helps! Thanks!
You should take a corse and put up posters in your home town
You have to be 11 years old, but you also need a legal permit that you can get from your school office. Without the permit, you're not getting farther than pulling your neighbor's weeds.
The American Red Cross or a local non-profit that is specific to infant and child safety is the best way to start. You should also seek certification in child and infant CPR. Not only will this make you more marketable, but it can mean the difference between life and death in an emergency situation. Babysitting child care classes are also available through the Red Cross.
Yes!! You can babysit at age 11 as long as you are responsible it should be fine.
Yes, when I was 11, I started babysitting. Only if you are mature and know CPR and know how to handle children.
There are no age limits for babysitting in Canada, but it depends on the sitter and the parents when you should start. I began taking short jobs at 11, but some people don't start until their mid teens! It always helps to have taken the Red Cross babysitting course too... Good luck babysitting!
You should post flyers. If you have babysat for a family member ask them to recommend you to their friends!
It depends on the age of the child but yea if you think you can handle it
I think u should be 15-year-old because that the age teenagers start looking for a job and babysetting is a great start ..............:)
