To me, an ideal job is one where I get treated well, the salary is very good (no it doesn't have to be millions; there is more to life than money), a good team, positive environment, a place where I can learn, and good management that listens to and takes care of their employees.

There is no perfect job out there. I would never say any one field is best. My dad did construction for 35 years and he liked it. I did it for 1 year and will never do it again. I work as a system administrator at a desk and make my own hours. I like it. My brother owns his own business. To us, these are all ideal jobs.

Only you know what you want to do as a career. So in that career, what would make it the perfect place to work?

But you have to be realistic if you get asked this during an interview. Saying things like "free food, free car, triple pay, multiple vacations"... nobody is going to give you that. What conditions would be perfect to you?
