If you aren't made aware at the end of your current year, you could try calling the school a few weeks before school starts and asking who your teacher will be.
They leave comments for the next teacher and give them some work.

There is no way you can find out if your in elementary school because the classes are generated by a computer in your school.

Yes. I had an amazing teacher one year and got very good grades in that class all year. The next year I had a very bad teacher and started to get average and even below average grades. The same was true with other classmates.
