4-what has been your greatest challenge ? what did you do to overcome it ?
5-how do you think you have changed personality since you started college ?
6-what did you do in your free time ?
7-do you required closed supervision ?
for me success when you pass on the interview and get the job on the spot.

However, if you cannot do what that degree says you can do, and what you said you can do within the interview, your once again out of a job.
